Lunch Money
107 students owe a total of $226.18 (negative balances range from $0.20 to $6).
Does your child owe money for school lunches?
Does your child owe money for school lunches?
If so, you may pay for their negative balances by:
1. Going into the Briggs office and paying for the balances using the envelope on the table in the office.
2. Paying on-line by going to http://www.myschoolbucks.com/
3. Sending the money into school with your child
If you are not sure if your child owes money, you may call the school at 909-628-6497 and ask to speak with the lunch manager, Maria.
*Just a reminder that students who are not on the free and reduced lunch program are not entitled to a free meal. We will no longer increase their negative balance by giving them free lunches.
Tdap Reminder
All students going into Grades 7-12 MUST show proof that they have received the Tdap (whooping cough/Pertussis) vaccine. Otherwise, they will NOT be able to obtain a class schedule or attend school.
If your child has received a dose of Tdap vaccine please bring in the proof to the school and we will record this in their records. If your child is going into 7th grade next year and they have not received this vaccine, please make arrangements to have them obtain the Tdap booster through your family physician, local Health Department Clinic, or through our District Health Center.
To ensure that your child going into 7th grade is given a spot and scheduled for classes at Briggs next year, please bring in your proof of the Tdap vaccine as soon as possible and/or BEFORE June 7, 2012.
Reminders from our Health Office
1. Parents of current Kindergarten students- the Oral Health Assessment for Kindergarten students needs to be brought to the health office.
2. Parents of current 6th graders- Proof of Tdap immunization for incoming 7th graders needs to be brought in before the end of the school year.

Reminder
For the safety of our students and to expedite the traffic flow, please follow the established drop off/pick up procedures:
FRONT Loop: only enter from the RIGHT, exit from the LEFT
SOUTH Loop: only enter from the LEFT, exit from the RIGHT
*Pick up your children from the Front or South Loops NOT from different streets/corners in our neighborhood.
ALL gates onto campus will be locked until 7:30 am, locked right after the tardy bell rings, and will remain locked until 1 minute before dismissal. ALL visitors MUST sign in through the office. Only parents on the list of volunteers given to the office by the teacher will be allowed to go back to the classrooms during instructional time.
